Chapter 14:; As pip grows up he gets upset as he doesnt want to work in Joe’s apprenticeship and now hates beinf a blacksmith seeing as it reminds him of the difference of the life he lives in the wealthy life of satis house. As he hides his emotions like always away from Joe.

Chapter 15:; Pip tries to teach Joe how to read and he pursades joe to visit miss havisham but joe refueses once again, pip visits miss havisham and finds out Estella had been sent abroad, he lets mr wopsle to take him to Mr Pumblechook for the day and when he goes home Pip sees Mr orlick and hears a gun fire from the prison ships and learns mrs Joe had been attacked and badly brain damaged

Chapter 16:; Pip learns the possible suspects of the covicts upon his sister’s attack. The detectives who come to investigate are bumblers and the identity is still under wraps… Pip’s sister still unable to speak or comunicate, draws a letter “T” over and over again which pip gueses is a hammer. From this biddy suspiciously guessed it reffers to Orlick. Orlick is then called for a visit. In which and pip expects him as a suspect. pip’s sister doesnt as she calls for him daily as “T”

Chapter 17:;

So for the past few weeks ive been reading the hunger games catching fire i havent been able to finish reading but it is a good book linked with ambition throughout the chapters ive read. The main character Katniss Everdeen volunteers as a tribute in the 74th killer games called “the hunger games” (made by the capitol, the leaders of all the districts) in a selection that way her younger sister primrose is spared in the first book as she wins it. the 2nd book is a different change to her life and the people she loves. Katniss is involved with many young fighters  just as the 75th hunger games start a new 3rd quarter qual which will be brutal then Ever. Her and her boyfriend “peeta mellark” continue their ambition of not killing of the “innocent” people they see that dont deserve to be killed in their hands. Seeing as Katniss is a really nice person, with the help of the other of her friends in the 75th hunger games. She as a tough fighter deterimnes to destroy the games forever. Just as her fellow team mates are killed in a shock discovery of what is behind the 75th games. Things fall into place for Katniss and Peeta and they fire their shots at the so called shield trapping them in the games territory the shield breaks completly. The games now destroyed. Katniss’ team is within captured by the capitol, including peeta. This linkes with ambition because no matter how determined katniss was to destroy the games she always did it with a purpose to spare the people she loved, and to protect them,  by putting her self first to destroy everything in their way, but without a chance to save those who were close to her in the games. katniss is then spared by her friends from her district 12, but only to know as she is safe, that her home district 12 is destroyed… Seeing as katniss was unable to save her home she was lucky enough as a tough character in the book to hope for her family to be safe the whole time and no one she loved would get hurt. Which all linkes into ambition in the book

Chapter 11;; Pip returns to Miss Havisham’s, she takes him round the house to a “gloomy” room where three ladies are and one gentleman. they begin to speak about Pip, and to Pip one of the ladies called Camilla reminded him of his sister.  as they continue to speak Miss Havisham realises her relatives are actually with her for her money. once Pip goes out and the gentleman reappears staring at pip he insists a fight and with pip astonished over his outcome. as he prepared pip “looked helplessly at him”  by the time the fight was “over” Pip finds Estella at the court yard. where he kisses her goodbye

Chapter 12;; pip gets anxious over the pale young gentleman just by looking at his blood at miss Havisham’s when he returns. Miss Havisham invites joe over and is astonished to find mr pumblchook is invited
